Yesterday, Boston Tech Week #Day2

From the SVB Unconference, to the BioLabs pitch competition, to the LangChain Deep Agent meetup — a full day of ideas, builders, energy, and learning.

- Started with Formation Bio morning runtime, caught up with some old friends and met some new
- The SVB Unconference was unconventional, relaxed, and flexible. One key takeaway: founders need both a strong service mindset and a strong technical mindset.
- The BioLabs 3-minute one-slide pitch challenge was intense. Only 5 companies were selected out of 500+ applicants.
- Ended the day at the LangChain meetup discussing deep agents. Harnessing tools, workflows, and context is often more important than the LLM itself. Also enjoyed some delicious pizza with fellow builders 🍕

Really exciting to see how fast the AI ecosystem is evolving across startups, biotech, and agentic systems. Long day, but absolutely worth it.
