This walks a new evaluator from signup to a completed first task on the WeDaita platform.
1. Account access
Create a free account, then verify your email. Every account starts on the Free tier with a starting credit balance [CONFIRM: current welcome-bonus amount from Credits → Platform Credit Config in the admin] and, if a trial is currently running, a time-boxed Pro-tier trial window [CONFIRM: current trial length from the same config — this is admin-configurable and may not be 7 days]. Credits are the unit every agent run consumes; your balance and recent transactions are visible from your account dashboard at any time.
2. Prerequisites
No local setup is required — agents run in the hosted platform. You'll need a verified WeDaita account and, for any task, a plain-language research question or target (a disease, gene, protein, or compound of interest).
3. A safe first task
Start with Deep Research under DBRA (Deep Biomedical Research Agents) — it's the platform's fully-live, lowest-risk starting point. Enter a research question (for example, a disease-to-target hypothesis you're investigating). The agent queries authoritative sources simultaneously (PubMed/MEDLINE, ClinicalTrials.gov, UniProt, ChEMBL, and others — see Data Sources & Tools) rather than returning raw search results.
4. Expected output
A structured report with cited sources, streamed in as it's written, plus an interactive knowledge graph you can explore. Your credit balance updates live as the job runs; the report and its citations remain available afterward.
5. Troubleshooting & support
If a job doesn't complete as expected, you can cancel a running job directly from its activity view instead of waiting it out. For anything else, use the contact form or book time directly with the team.
