🚀 Excited to announce that we’ve upgraded our Target Prioritization Agent, now powered by the WeDaita Target Intelligence Engine.

Target selection remains one of the biggest challenges in drug discovery. Our goal is to help researchers make more informed decisions earlier in the process.

Simply submit a gene list and receive:

✅ Integrated MPO Scores across 8 evidence dimensions
✅ AI-predicted probabilities for Phase 1+, 2+, and 3+ progression
✅ Clear 🟢 GO, 🟡 CONDITIONAL, or 🔴 NO-GO recommendations

We have trained our AI moodel and validated on 1,122 real therapeutic targets using clinical trial progression as ground truth:

• Phase 1+: AUC 0.962
• Phase 2+: AUC 0.954
• Phase 3+: AUC 0.931

By integrating human genetics, structural biology, druggability, chemical matter, and pathway evidence, the engine helps identify the most promising targets and prioritize resources more effectively.

This is another step toward our vision at WeDaita: building Agentic AI for biomedical research and drug discovery.
